1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using the website, submitting information or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use an authenticated portal.
2. Platform purpose
Aadhyant supports manpower requirements, Candidate registration, Company requirement management and controlled Staffing Partner assignments. Features may differ by user type, account status and rollout stage.
3. User categories
The platform serves public visitors, Candidates, Employers, Company users, Staffing Partners and authorised Aadhyant administrators. Access available to one category does not grant access to another category's private information.
4. Eligibility and responsibilities
Users must be legally eligible for the relevant opportunity or activity and must use the platform lawfully. Users are responsible for information and actions submitted through their forms or accounts.
5. Accurate information
Provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading. Do not impersonate another person or organisation, submit information without authority or conceal material errors.
6. Candidate registration
Candidate registration allows a person to share employment-related details for workforce coordination. It does not create Candidate login access and does not guarantee a job, interview, salary, placement, joining or contact.
7. Employer requirement submissions
A Quick Requirement is a public business inquiry. It does not create a Company account and does not guarantee Candidate availability, fulfilment, a hiring outcome or a time-to-hire.
8. Company accounts
Company registration is subject to email confirmation where configured and Aadhyant review. Portal access and requirement management depend on account status and available features. Access creates no promise beyond the platform functions currently made available.
9. Staffing Partner accounts
Staffing Partner registration and approval do not guarantee requirement assignments, business volume, Candidate volume, payment or revenue. A partner may access only the profile, membership and assignments allowed under the platform's permissions.
10. Requirement assignments
Aadhyant may assign suitable requirements to approved Staffing Partners. Partners must respond accurately and may not alter protected assignment or Employer information. Assignment participation remains subject to the applicable operational arrangement.
11. No guaranteed outcome
Aadhyant coordinates information and workflows but does not promise a hiring, placement, joining, fulfilment, assignment, revenue, payment or other outcome through website use alone.
12. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape private data, bypass account controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt service, misuse contact details, submit unlawful content or use information beyond its authorised staffing purpose.
13. Account and security responsibility
Keep credentials confidential, use accurate account information and notify Aadhyant of suspected misuse. Actions performed through an account may be treated as actions of its authorised user, subject to investigation where appropriate.
14. Site content and intellectual property
The website's branding, text, visual design and original platform content belong to Aadhyant or their respective owners. They may not be copied or used misleadingly without appropriate permission.
15. External services and links
Aadhyant may use the official WhatsApp Business Platform for recruitment, staffing and related service communications. Links may also open third-party services such as email or WhatsApp. Their availability and practices are controlled by those providers, and users should review relevant third-party terms.
16. Service availability and changes
Features may be changed, limited, suspended or unavailable during maintenance, security work or phased development. Aadhyant does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
17. Platform role and separate agreements
Aadhyant acts as a workforce coordination platform within the services made available. The specific employment or engagement relationship depends on the relevant hiring or staffing arrangement and its documentation.
Separate written agreements may govern particular Company or Staffing Partner engagements. These public Terms do not set placement fees, service charges, payroll obligations, payment terms, replacement guarantees, statutory responsibility or penalty clauses.
18. Account restriction
Aadhyant may keep an account pending or restrict, suspend or reject access where reasonably required for review, security, misuse prevention, inaccurate information or platform operation. Available status actions follow the existing account workflow.
19. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when platform behavior changes. The effective date above identifies the current website version. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance where permitted; significant changes should receive appropriate notice.
